Qualifications & Skills:

4+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for US roles for both Part Time and Full Time roles

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US operations (both for Full Time and Part Time hiring). The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
.Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture
.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns
.Market Insights: Keep abreast of US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide recommendations to improve hiring efficiency
.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and internal policies
