Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business needs.
Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
Experience with application integration and data management.
Strong understanding of low-code development platforms.
Familiarity with APIs and their implementation in SaaS applications.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
