CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Expert to join our IT project team. This role will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of People & Culture Platforms team, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and facilitating smooth vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Below are further finer details of roles and responsibilities:

You will

Oversee, monitor and govern all the contracts including software licenses, service agreements, vendor contracts, consultancy contracts and professional services agreements
Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and tracking systems with appropriate cataloguing
Maintain strong liaison with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of PO
Raise, monitor and govern GBUY process and invoice tracking
Tracking contract expiry, renewal and overall budget planning with necessary controls in place
Monitor & govern contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
Works closely with Service Owners, Commercial Experts, Service Management team and management to ensure e2e control and governance of all contracts in the project
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks
Provide financial reporting on contract performance and obligations
Support change management processes related to contract modifications

Your Skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, macros and dashboard preparations/automations
Strong experience of managing large volume budgets/ contracts
Extensive experience in meticulous budget control/review mechanism
Working experience with Financial and respective expert
Mindset with Agile Ways of Working
Excellent customer centricity and stakeholder influencing skills
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Strong analytical mind bend and looking at the big picture
Enjoys working in high performance work culture
Certification in contract management would be an added advantage
Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
