Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive / Senior GRE to manage front desk operations, guest services, property support, and basic administrative responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Services

Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
Maintain registration records and ID verification documentation
Welcome guests and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Provide accurate information about the property and local experiences

Communication Management

Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution
Maintain professional and friendly communication

Administrative & Book-keeping Support

Maintain records, checklists, and documentation logs
Prepare spreadsheets and operational reports
Assist with invoicing, bill checks, and petty cash management

Food & Beverage Assistance

Support food and beverage service operations
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas

Property Operations Support

Conduct inventory checks and maintain supply records
Assist in procurement and restocking
Act as property in-charge in the absence of the Property Manager

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of industrial training or relevant hospitality experience
Final-year student or graduate in Hotel Management (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Guest-centric approach with a pleasant personality
Flexible and willing to travel
