About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between product, engineering, and business teams. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving product performance, and ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with product managers to define and track KPIs
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Work closely with engineering teams to streamline release cycles
Manage and maintain product documentation and workflows
Conduct root cause analysis for product or user issues
Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
25 years of experience in product operations, analytics, or similar roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good to Have

Experience working in SaaS or tech startups
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic understanding of APIs and product lifecycle
