Financial control

Conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis for the organization, encompassing revenue accounts and profit and loss statements. Providing detailed explanations of significant variances across profit and loss statement components, substantiated by empirical data and quantitative evidence. Recognizing critical trends and fluctuations, while delivering strategic insights to the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership team.

Overseeing and reinforcing the organizations financial procedures and control mechanisms through enhancement of current frameworks and implementation of supplementary controls via systematic review and evaluation of financial operations. Ensuring quarterly attestation to the Board Audit Committee regarding reporting standards and associated controls for various Balance Sheet schedules. Recognizing and launching information technology initiatives to advance automation and procedural enhancements throughout operational and financial domains. Executing general ledger assessments and analyses to provide management assurance regarding the organizations financial standing

1.Systematic examination of profit and loss accounts incorporating variance analysis methodologies.

2.Competitive landscape analysis with extraction of strategic conclusions.

3.Implementation of general ledger reviews and balance sheet analysis to verify accuracy and dependability of reported financial data.

4.Delivering support and professional guidance to operational teams on finance-related matters.

5.Execution of user acceptance testing protocols for newly established systems affecting accounting procedures, financial controls, and reporting mechanisms.

6.Development and punctual delivery of reports and presentations to the audit committee on quarterly and annual schedules.

7.Coordination with statutory auditors to fulfill audit documentation requirements and facilitate examination processes.
