About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 4–5 years of experience who is passionate about design innovation and skilled in leveraging AI tools for creative production. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking abilities, excellent design aesthetics, and hands-on expertise in AI-driven content creation and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and campaign designs across digital and print platforms.
Create high-quality social media creatives, branding materials, marketing collaterals, and ad campaigns.
Utilize AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to generate visuals, enhance productivity, and explore creative directions.
Craft effective prompts to produce high-quality AI-generated images and content.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design / creative design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong expertise in AI design tools and prompt engineering.
Understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new AI technologies and creative tools.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus).
