Overview :

Blue YonderWMS solution expert for transformational projects/programs. Strong domain knowledge in Blue YonderWMS for solution construct and key contributor to the Change Management

Assists in project planning efforts. Lead customer communication and facilitate business process mapping.

Provide support for client cutover and go-live/Hyper care.

Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.

Conducts/leads business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.

Develops functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers business objectives and are of sound design.

What you'll do:

Strong domain knowledge in Blue Yonder/RedPrairie Discrete WMS solution to construct an overall architecture for current and future customer business needs.
Key contributor to the Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations
Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
Able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints.
Can demonstrate and facilitate process discussions of product functionality and product architecture (i.e., Show data and process flow from one Blue Yondersolution to another)
Design and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens to ensure smooth integration between technical and functional business requirements.
Lead the project team in preparing Product Requirement Specifications, test plan for modifications.
Interact closely with Development services in modification development, quality delivery and organizing demonstrations with customers on modifications.
Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project.
Supports the development and execution of test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder consistently meets the customer's business objectives.
Provides level 3 non-technical support during the go-live period.
Provides level 3 user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the business needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs.
Provide functional support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.
Handles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally defined practices and policies.
Designs and develops platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.
Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.
Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.
Communicates business cases to Product Management Group and Product Development team regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.
Interacts with PMG & PD regarding new releases and new functionality and acts as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team.

What we are looking for:

7+ Years of corporate experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning.
Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably Blue Yonder/RedPrairie WMS), Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder and MOCA.
Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.
Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASRS systems
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and consultants.
Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, effectively, and proactively.

Understands Blue Yonder product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.
Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
