About The Opportunity

We operate in the Education Technology and Student Career Services sector, delivering high-impact academic counselling, career guidance, and college/university admissions support across India. Our on-site teams work directly with students, parents, schools, and universities to design personalised academic pathways and maximise admission outcomes. We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor to lead student-facing counselling, admission strategy, and conversion initiatives at our India offices.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic and career counselling to students, building personalised study plans, course pathways, and goal-oriented timelines.
Manage end-to-end admissions support for domestic and international applications—college shortlisting, application strategy, SOP review, and interview preparation.
Design and monitor progress for exam-prep and skill-development plans; coordinate with trainers and academic teams to close learning gaps.
Conduct outreach sessions, workshops, and parent consultations to drive awareness, lead conversion, and student engagement.
Maintain accurate student records and pipelines in CRM/SIS; generate regular reports on conversion, enrollment, and counselling metrics.
Coach and mentor junior counsellors, contribute to process improvements, and implement best-practice counselling playbooks.
