Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Identification

Source active and passive candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Leverage networking, referrals, and social media to identify top talent.
Screen resumes to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

2. Candidate Screening & Assessment

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and salary expectations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

3. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions.
Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up regularly for feedback.

4. Negotiation & Offer Management

Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and benefits (C2C, W2, or 1099).
Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Verify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and US employment regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of relevant recruitment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities
High energy, proactive attitude, and passion for recruitment
