Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong foundation in SEO and content, who can contribute to structured, research-driven marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can think analytically, write clearly, and execute consistently while collaborating across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

SEO Execution

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP benchmarking
Perform on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
Execute link-building initiatives, including outreach and tracking
Manage and support guest posting activities
Monitor backlinks and domain performance
Track SEO performance and suggest improvements
Explore emerging areas like AEO and GEO

Content & Copywriting

Write clear, structured content for blogs and marketing assets
Create social media copy including captions and CTAs
Assist in blog writing, editing, and content structuring
Simplify complex MedTech and healthcare topics into easy-to-understand content
Repurpose content across formats such as blogs, social media, and emailers
Work with the content team on briefs and improvements
Use AI tools for research, ideation, and drafting
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices

Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with content, design, sales, and leadership teams
Support website updates and content improvements
Ensure smooth execution of marketing tasks
Maintain structured trackers, reports, and documentation

Social Media Support

Assist in managing LinkedIn and other platforms
Support content planning and scheduling
Write platform-specific content
Track and support performance improvements

Key Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Mass Communication, or MBA
2–3 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing
Hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building
Exposure to guest posting
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, SEMrush or Ahrefs
Comfortable using AI tools for marketing workflows, research and content creation
Interest in MedTech or Healthcare is a plus

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building
Ability to execute SEO tasks and analyze performance data
Strong research and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and structured execution

Basic understanding of content structuring and ability to support content creation
