Manage end-to-end airfreight export operations (aerospace-focused), ensuring compliant, timely shipment execution while coordinating with internal teams, airlines, and stakeholders to deliver on customer commitments.

How you create impact

Manage end-to-end airfreight operations, including booking, routing, and documentation
Coordinate with Customer Care (CCL), Revenue Care (RCC), airlines, and global partners
Monitor shipments and proactively manage delays, deviations, and escalations
Ensure compliance with air transport regulations, aerospace standards, and internal guidelines
Maintain accurate system updates, including shipment milestones and financial data (costs)
Review and validate shipping instructions, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders
Monitor carrier and vendor performance, escalating service gaps where required
Drive cost optimization and profitability awareness
Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and account implementations
Collaborate with internal teams (gateway, warehouse, customs) to ensure seamless execution

What we would like you to bring

3-5 years of experience in airfreight operations / freight forwarding
Experience in aerospace or time-critical logistics is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of airfreight compliance, routing, and carrier operations
Ability to manage high-value, time-sensitive shipments with accuracy
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently (Individual Contributor role)
DG certification is an added advantage
