Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in the Mohali district. The Operations Assistant will assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing general support to management and team members. Responsibilities include coordination of operational activities, maintaining records, collaborating with departments to improve operational efficiency, handling customer service tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong background in Operations and Operations Management to effectively support and enhance business processes
Analytical Skills to assess and improve workflows and operational efficiency
Excellent Communication Skills for collaborating with internal teams and providing top-notch customer service
Experience in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Basic proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
