Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, who will be the Project Manager of this research programme. He/She will spearhead, plan and oversee all aspects of the programme to ensure the successful completion within the defined direction, scope and budget. He/She is resourceful and adept in understanding the needs of the research team as well as work closely with the programme leads. He/She will need to be dynamic, confident and decisive in leading and overseeing the completion of the individual projects that make up the research programme.

The Role Requires The Following

Drive programme to meet schedules, budget and manpower targets together with research programme leads.
Provide administrative and operational support to all activities related to the SPARKS research programme.
Work closely with respective programme lead(s) and stakeholders to ensure that the work is proceeding well and on time as well as gain an agreement on programme goals and deliverables.
Guide team to deliver on the overall research programme objectives.
Provide support for budget management, progress of projects, and personnel management under his or her charge and report in the project charter.
Conduct review of research programme plans at regular intervals to identify any problems that can be rectified or readjusted.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Graduate qualifications in nursing, science, business or project management
Familiarity with programme/project management tools and/or software packages. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
Have a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, Clinical Research, Clinical Trial process and related regulatory knowledge.
Equip with strategic, operational and management skills
Proficient in MS office applications
Familiar with Medical and Research Ethics requirements and terminology
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities
Able to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
Experience in managing complex programmes and projects
Preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in project management.
