Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote residential and commercial properties across Brick Stone Realtors domestic and international portfolios. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations, handling inquiries, coordinating site visits, and guiding clients through the end-to-end buying and selling process. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and service targets. The specialist will also support training initiatives, share market insights, and represent the company at events and networking activities.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and manage expectations professionally.
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive lead generation, close deals, and achieve or exceed targets.
Experience in Training or mentoring team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Knowledge of real estate markets (Indian and/or international) and understanding of property investment concepts.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility for client meetings and property visits as needed.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic marketing platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
