Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise products while ensuring high standards of scalability, performance, and maintainability. You will work on building systems using AI agents, GenAI frameworks, and related technologies, translating product needs into robust technical implementations. You will also contribute to full-stack development across UI, backend services, APIs, and databases, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.

Design and build AI-powered solutions using AI agents, GenAI, and related techniques
Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and enterprise platforms
Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems
Develop across full-stack components including UI, backend, APIs, and databases
Implement CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps best practices
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex cross-service issues
Collaborate across teams and contribute to API standards and architecture decisions

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in software engineering with deep exposure to distributed systems, cloud environments, and modern AI development practices. You should be comfortable working across multiple stacks, designing systems end-to-end, and applying architectural best practices in production environments. Strong mentoring, communication, and analytical skills are essential in this collaborative engineering culture.

Strong experience in software development with multiple programming languages
Hands-on experience with AI agents, GenAI, and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Glean)
Experience building and integrating AI solutions into real-world applications
Strong knowledge of full-stack development (frontend, backend, databases)
Experience working with APIs, API standards, and system integration
Proven experience in AWS or other cloud environments
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system design principles
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize distributed systems
Mentoring experience with junior engineers and code review practices
