Experience: 10+ Years (with 3–5+ years in Architecture)

Core Technical Skills

10+ years in software development with extensive experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and backend engineering.
Strong architectural expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in SQL Server, NoSQL stores, and ORM frameworks.
Deep understanding of OOAD, SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture, and enterprise architecture patterns.

Full-Stack & Mobile

AI Tools & Practices

Working knowledge of applying Copilot tools (GitHub Copilot / MS Copilot) in everyday engineering workflows.
Ability to guide teams on AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation best practices.
Understanding of emerging AI trends and how they influence modern application development.

Cloud

Strong Azure experience including PaaS, serverless, messaging, security, and deployment technologies.
Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead discussions, negotiate technical trade-offs, and influence decisions.
Strong ownership mentality with a problem-solving attitude.
