Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a human resources intern based in Jaipur, with flexibility to work partly from home. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, manage personnel records, support employee benefits administration, and contribute to HR management processes. Additional responsibilities might include assisting with recruitment, organizing employee engagement activities, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Understanding of HR Management and experience with implementing HR strategies
Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks both in-person and remotely
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous internship experience in an HR-related role is advantageous
