Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence across multiple towns in Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned locations
Visit potential and existing customers daily to promote products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity
Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Telecom / Retail preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage travel across multiple locations
Good knowledge of the local market and language (Tamil is mandatory)
Basic understanding of sales reporting and mobile-based CRM tools
