The Role — In Plain English

You'll sit next to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives. Not in a support capacity — as a thinking partner. The person who takes a half-formed idea on a whiteboard Monday morning and turns it into a live initiative by Friday.

Your week might look like this:

Monday: Tear apart a market entry model for a new geography. Find the flaw everyone missed.
Tuesday: Build the business case for an AI product line that doesn't exist yet.
Wednesday: Sit in a leadership meeting. Be the one who asks the question nobody else will.
Thursday: Fly between three teams to unstick a cross-functional project that's been drifting for weeks.
Friday: Present your recommendation directly to the CEO. Get the green light. Start building.
