About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Jr. Accountant Executive to join our team in Surat.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The

candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, invoice entries,

billing processes, and maintaining accurate financial records.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

• Manage invoice entries, sales entries, and purchase entries in the accounting system

• Prepare and process billing accurately and on time

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

• Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer statements

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and support month-end closing

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

• Generate reports using Excel and MIS tools as required

• Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and documentation

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and overall accounting processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data handling, etc.)

• Experience in invoice processing, sales & purchase accounting, and billing

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Knowledge of accounting software/Tally/ERP will be an added advantage
