Job Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our International Voice Process team. This position is open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience in customer support roles. As a part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to international clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Roles Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to product or service inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide product and service information, troubleshooting support, and handle customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate (10+2, UG, PG) from 2022 to 2025 passouts.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support.
Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

Additional Information

Cab Facility: 2-way cab provided for the employees.
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Immediate Joining: Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
