Responsibilities

Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals decision-making.
Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Delhi.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device field roles.
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and priorities.
Fluency in additional regional languages commonly used in Delhi, such as Punjabi.
High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
