Job Overview

We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Travel Consultant to handle customer enquiries related to flight ticketing, visa processing, and international travel packages. The candidate will interact with clients visiting the office and assist them in selecting suitable travel plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations and customer enquiries

• Assist clients with international and domestic flight bookings

• Provide information on visa services and documentation requirements

• Coordinate hotel reservations, travel packages, and tour itineraries

• Maintain customer enquiry records and booking details

• Support the travel operations team with ticketing and travel coordination

• Handle phone calls, walk-in clients, and email enquiries

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer interaction skills

• Basic knowledge of travel booking, visa processing, or travel packages but not mandatory.

• Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication)

• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Travel Agency / Visa Consultancy / Customer Support / Front Office but not mandatory

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

• Knowledge of flight ticket booking or visa documentation is an advantage
