Job Description:

Policybazaar is hiring for Inside sales and Self FOS (Field Officer Sales) professionals to work on 100% company-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on company-provided leads only (No cold calling)
Connect with customers over calls to understand their insurance requirements
Schedule and attend customer meetings to explain products
Convert qualified leads into successful sales
Maintain follow-ups to ensure timely policy closure
Update lead and sales details in CRM

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 months of sales experience (Insurance/Banking preferred)
Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License is mandatory
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with target-driven sales and field visits
