Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned process, responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound or outbound calls related to sales, renewals, collections, and customer service.
Assisting customers with queries, complaints, policy renewals, or collections.
Persuading customers for retention and upselling opportunities.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales/service targets.
Maintaining accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
Following company compliance standards, quality benchmarks, and process guidelines.
