About the Role

We are hiring Customer Care Support Executives - Voice Process. This role involves assisting customers with account, transaction, payment, and service-related queries, while ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in customer service or banking will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls customers.
Assist customers with account issues, transaction concerns, payment troubleshooting, and general support.
Provide clear, professional, and customerfriendly communication.
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining PayPal compliance and quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and low error rates.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduates or Undergraduates.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Banking or Customer Support domains.
AMCAT Requirement: B2 level | Minimum Score: 65
Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
