Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-8 years of expertise in handling finance, statutory and internal audits and Direct and Indirect taxation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations and auditing standards, with a proven ability to manage financial operations, ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Statutory and Internal Audit:

Plan, lead, and manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring that all audit requirements are met and completed within deadlines.
Review audit schedules, coordinate with auditors, and resolve any audit queries in a timely manner.
Implement corrective measures to address audit findings and maintain effective internal controls.

Compliance & Taxation:

Ensure compliance with statutory tax laws, including GST, income tax, and other indirect taxes.
Ensure timely filing of tax audits, tax returns, including corporate tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory filings, responses to notices received from tax regulatory bodies.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and accounting best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in financial and accounting processes, aiming for greater efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education and Experience: Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in finance, auditing, and taxation.
