Bachelor or master's degree, Experience in Collection for mid market/corporate

Key Responsibilities

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

Monetary Savings

Review, guide and concluding the Investigation of your team/area within reasonable deep diving.
TAT monitor and improvement strategy.
Assisting in FMR filing within TAT from the Investigation concluding date.
Co-ordination with law enforcement agencies & industry.
Lead on Monetary recovery for the cases of the regions as per penalty matrix.

Internal Control & Process

Enhancements / Innovations / Initiatives - New Process changes, Automation, System
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Identification of gaps / fraud mitigating steps.
Qualitative report writing guidance to the team.
Compliance on RCU investigation activities.
Coordinate with Legal team for filing Police Complaints & FIR.
Department Audit & Regulatory Compliance (Internal Audit Score & Open Items).
Co-ordination with stake holders for the purpose awareness and decision making.

Process Efficiency

MIS & Reporting supervisory –
Incident, Cyber Fraud & verification Tracker maintenance & bill processing.
Periodical data / dashboard preparation for Management, RMC, ORMC, ACB
Creation and Developing tracking MIS format for concrete investigation repository.
Driving Awareness Campaign along with L&D and Marketing Team.
Creating training & awareness material on fraud aspect for internal staffs & public.
Take up with respective team to implement recommended process.

People Management

Learning & Development - Self Training (4) & staff Training / awareness campaign
Team Engagement / Management - Agency Collaboration, Team Huddle & Engagement, Co-ordination with internal Stakeholders.
Visit, Training & Meetings – Internal & External.
Lead on Branch and Location Risk Review.
