Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality creative for web, print, social media, email marketing, digital ads, and other campaign assets
Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and campaign goals
Work across multiple brands, adapting to different visual identities while maintaining consistency and quality
Execute designs that strictly follow brand guidelines while elevating and evolving them where appropriate
Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
Optimize creative for performance across platforms, formats, and audiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print use

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels (web, social, email, print, digital ads)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for responsive web and email
Ability to execute at a high level within established brand guidelines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high volumes of work
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and how design contributes to performance
