Your tasks and responsibilities:

As Product Manager you take responsibility for the agile release train (ART) View, which includes the Artis Imaging system platform software for our angiography systems
You are responsible for analyzing markets, industry trends and our competitors
Through contact with customers and internal stakeholders, you ensure that customer needs are integrated into roadmaps and solutions
Acting as the key interface for Product & Portfolio Management, you support understanding local interventional angiography (India) market needs for floor-, ceiling-mounted and biplane systems
The product roadmap of your area of responsibility is defined and continuously updated by you to drive implementation in close collaboration with the agile R&D teams
Responsibility includes the Artis Imaging system platform software functionalities, as well as managing and prioritizing the ART View backlog in coordination with our Solution Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that it reflects the current needs of our customers, market and our business
This role also covers product requirement specifications and the execution of system tests (validation)
Participation in Change Control Board meetings is expected to enable decision making by bringing in customer and business perspective
Meeting business goals (quality, functionality/ content, target costing) is part of your responsibility
Close collaboration is required with Solution Manager, Solution Architects, ART Architect, EPIC Engineers (of EPICS where your ART is responsible for full or partial implementation of a EPIC), Product Owners of agile teams in your ART, Product Managers of other ARTs, Project Management, Risk Managers, Risk Engineers, RTE (Release Train Engineer) of your ART and System Engineers contributing to your ART.

Your qualifications and experience:

A Master's degree in a scientific/technical or business administration field or in medicine is required
Many years of professional experience in one of the areas of portfolio management, product management, product (application) training or sales are expected
You know the challenges and needs of our customers and are familiar with the clinical processes in an intervention room / operating room and control room
Knowledge of medical devices (angiography solutions) their clinical application (angiography, image-guided minimally invasive therapy) and regulatory release processes is essential
Business knowledge and experience in analyzing business cases are required
Experience with requirements engineering and system testing is required
Knowledge and experience in lean management or agile hardware and software development, ideally according to the SAFe framework, are required

Business fluency in English is required
Your communication skills enable you to interact with our customers at eye level and successfully communicate our customers needs to international internal R&D and management teams
Your persuasiveness helps you to introduce goals and drive their implementation forward
An ability to find compromises and create win-win situations is expected
National and international business trips are a welcome change for you (approx. 15%) in order to build and maintain a trusting relationship with our customers and internal stakeholders
