About the Role

As the Senior Manager - Marketing & Brand Strategy in the Marketing Function you will play a pivotal role and work in close collaboration with the Leadership and contribute towards building a distinctive and enduring education brand. It's an opportunity to shape how thousands of students discover their future, influence multiple brands with unique identities, and create campaigns that deliver real business impact.

Your ambit of responsibilities

You will be involved along with the Leadership in determining and executing on the Marketing & Brand strategies across the multiple brands within the Future Varsity Education group.
From defining brand positioning and story telling to leading integrated campaigns across digital, social media, admissions, events, websites , print, outdoor, influencer marketing and emerging AI-powered channels, you will shape every stage of the student journey.
You will work closely with the business leaders while mentoring the in-house creative team and collaborating with external partners to bring bold ideas to life.
Develop differentiated brand positioning, messaging, and visual identities for diverse brands of the group.
Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, enquiries, and admissions.
Translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas and impactful storytelling.
Guide designers, content creators, video editors, photographers, and agency partners to deliver exceptional work.
Champion innovation by leveraging AI tools and emerging creative technologies to enhance productivity and creativity.
Build scalable creative processes, strengthen brand governance, and continuously elevate the quality of our marketing.

Who we are looking for

5 - 10 + years of relevant experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Management, Advertising, Integrated Marketing, or Creative Leadership, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build brands and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
Background of having worked with Creative Agencies will carry more weightage.
Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or product portfolios will be a significant advantage.
Someone who enjoys solving business challenges through creativity, inspires teams to do their best work and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ability to move comfortably between strategy, creativity and execution.
