Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact and engage customers who have abandoned their carts through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, or messaging platforms.

2. Persuade customers to complete their purchases by addressing their concerns, offering assistance, and providing incentives if necessary.

3. Assist in optimizing cart recovery strategies by analyzing customer behavior, identifying patterns, and suggesting improvements to increase conversion rates.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to coordinate efforts and enhance the cart recovery process.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to cart recovery techniques.

7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cart recovery campaigns, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:
