Role Description The Software Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving sales of RoRSolutions software and digital solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and understanding client requirements across web, software, and digital marketing services. The role involves preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and demos, developing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Software Sales Executive will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive insights is also part of the role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and general Sales skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales Presentations and product demonstrations, including the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and the use of CRM tools.
Candidates should possess Consultative Selling skills, with experience in needs analysis, solution mapping, and value-based selling.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience selling software, SaaS, or digital services to small, medium, or enterprise clients is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with self-motivation, accountability, and basic understanding of web and software concepts.
