We are looking forward to hireSAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

Experience - 3-5 years

Minimum 2 E2E implementation project experience for Compensation Module
Minimum 2 Support projects implementation project experience for Compensation Module
Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
Should know how to route forms when needed.
Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
Understand how Update forms works.
Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.
Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements.
Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.
It would help if the consultant is certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.
Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
SAP Compensation Certification desired
Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
