Creative Lead

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Type: Full-time

About

Ratch AI is hiring for a client, an AI-powered fashion platform bringing real-time fashion to women across India. Founded in Bengaluru and backed by Arkam Ventures and Antler, the brand uses AI to spot emerging style signals from culture, streets, and social media and turn them into fresh, wearable designs — fast. Less forecasting, less waiting, more right now.

The team blends fashion, design, and machine learning, and we move with the speed and curiosity of an early-stage startup. We care about the little details, get excited about what is next, and build our brand alongside a community that helps shape what we make.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative Lead who pairs strong creative thinking with hands-on craft in both copywriting and design. You will own the creative direction of the brand — from campaign concepts and taglines to visual storytelling across social, digital, and product launches — and shape how a new generation discovers fashion.

What You'll Do

Lead creative direction across brand campaigns, social media, digital marketing, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visuals and copy.
Write and review campaign copy, headlines, taglines, social content, ad copy, and brand communication.
Create or guide the development of designs, layouts, creatives, and visual storytelling.
Build campaign themes, moodboards, and creative directions, taking concepts from brief to execution with consistent quality.
Partner with marketing, fashion, content, and product teams to deliver consistent brand communication.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external agencies when required.
Stay ahead of fashion, culture, social media, and design trends and bring fresh ideas to the brand.
Use AI tools and emerging creative technologies to explore new concepts and improve creative workflows.
Ensure all creative output reflects the brand's identity, tone, and positioning.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

5–8 years of experience in creative, advertising, branding, or agency environments.
Strong hands-on experience in both copywriting and visual design, backed by a portfolio.
Excellent understanding of brand storytelling, campaign development, and visual communication.
Good understanding of fashion, lifestyle, digital, and social media trends.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have

Agency background working across multiple brands and campaigns.
Fashion industry experience or a strong fashion portfolio, ideally with D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience developing 360° campaigns across digital, social, performance marketing, and offline channels.
Experience with photography, video, art direction, or styling, plus fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI-powered creative tools.
Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and social-first content, and experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
