Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the creation and standardization of job descriptions using the Job Profile Builder in SuccessFactors. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR systems, job architecture, and talent management processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in building and updating job profiles using Job Profile Builder in SuccessFactors (SF).
Review existing job descriptions and help standardize formats and content.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather role-specific inputs and requirements.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of job data and competencies in the system.
Support documentation and tracking of JD creation and updates.
Assist the HR team in data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
Maintain organized records of all job profiles and related documentation.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn HR systems and processes.

Good to Have Skills

Basic understanding of HR processes or job descriptions.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors or any HRMS tool.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Home option available)
Stipend: Unpaid Internship
