Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Creative Graphic Designer will develop visually compelling assets for digital platforms, including social media creatives, web banners, email campaigns, and in-app graphics. The role involves collaborating closely with content, product, and marketing teams to translate fitness concepts and brand messages into clear, engaging visual communication. Day-to-day tasks include creating brand-aligned layouts, illustrations, and icons; refining existing design templates; and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for campaigns and product features, and prepare production-ready files for various formats.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
Experience in Branding and Logo Design, with the ability to maintain and evolve a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in Web Design, including creating responsive layouts and assets optimized for web and mobile interfaces.
Skilled in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Ability to interpret briefs, work with feedback, and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Bachelor's degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in fitness, health, or wellness and a willingness to understand user needs in this domain.
