Qualifications:

M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-3 years of experience or
B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design.
Excellent Design Skill
Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketch up, D5 etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Design ability with understanding of landscape spaces and planting.
Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work Details:

Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066
Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
