We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also actively pursuing new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
. Establish rapport and collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
. Develop and present value propositions, sales proposals and quotations.
. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
. Effectively manage and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

. Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
. 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
. Strong initiative with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
. Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
. Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
. Experience in managing and growing and building long-lasting client relationships
. Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
. Adaptable to change
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
. IT networking knowledge would be an advantage
. Willingness to travel within Singapore as required for client meetings and industry events
