Role Overview

The Social Media & Photoshoot Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all visual and digital content for the brand. This role requires strong creative direction, coordination skills, and a deep understanding of fashion, branding, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoots & Creative Production

Plan and manage all brand photoshoots and video shoots
Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, and production teams
Develop mood boards, concepts, and creative direction
Ensure shoots align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals
Oversee post-production, retouching, and final deliverables

Content Strategy & Management

Create and manage monthly content calendars
Curate and supervise high-quality visual content for all platforms
Maintain a strong and consistent brand tone and visual identity
Work closely with marketing and design teams for campaigns and launches

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories
Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and build community
Track performance and optimize content based on analytics
Stay updated on trends and platform algorithms

Brand & Campaign Support

Support product launches and marketing campaigns
Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations
Ensure all content reflects Color Capital's premium positioning
Assist in developing storytelling around collections and drops

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in the fashion industry is mandatory
2+ years experience in content, social media, or fashion marketing
Proven experience managing fashion photoshoots and creative projects
Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics and brand positioning
Knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and content trends
Basic understanding of editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc. preferred)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Highly organized and deadline-driven
