iew:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-EB Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims for non-employee benefits (Non-EB) policies. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim settlements, and adherence to regulatory and company guideli

nes.

ties:Evaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficie
ntly.Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy t
erms.Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inqui
ries.Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when requ
ired.Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlem
