Techdock Labs is a Lucknow-based software and performance marketing company. We build web and mobile products and run paid acquisition for our own brands and for clients across D2C e-commerce, lead generation (real estate, ed-tech, services), and mobile apps. We're looking for a hands-on media buyer who treats every rupee of ad spend like their own.
Role Overview
You will plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google across three objectives: D2C sales, lead generation, and app installs. You will own performance end to end, from account structure and creative testing to tracking setup and reporting, and you'll work closely with our design, development, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns).
Run D2C e-commerce campaigns focused on ROAS, CAC, AOV, and contribution margin, including catalog/Advantage+ Shopping campaigns and full-funnel retargeting.
Run lead generation campaigns (Meta Lead Forms, landing page funnels, Google Search) with a focus on cost per qualified lead, not just CPL, and close the loop with CRM feedback.
Run app install and in-app event campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Meta Advantage+ App Campaigns) optimizing for CPI, cost per registration/purchase, and retention.
Build structured creative testing frameworks (hooks, formats, angles, UGC vs. static vs. video) and brief the design team based on data.
Set up and audit tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversions and Enhanced Conversions, and MMP integrations for apps.
Manage budgets and pacing across multiple accounts, making daily optimization decisions on bids, audiences, placements, and budgets.
Build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps, not just numbers.
Stay current with platform updates, policy changes, and attribution shifts (iOS privacy, SKAN, signal loss) and adapt strategy accordingly.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with proven results in D2C e-commerce, lead generation, and app install campaigns.
Strong command of both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; able to build accounts from scratch, not only optimize existing ones.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 10-30 lakh or more across accounts.
Deep knowledge of analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio, and UTM discipline.
Working knowledge of at least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) and app attribution concepts.
Solid understanding of attribution models, incrementality, funnel metrics, and unit economics (CAC vs. LTV, break-even ROAS).
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis (pivots, lookups, cohort views).
Familiarity with Shopify and landing page CRO basics.
Ability to explain performance clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Good to Have

Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRMs for lead quality tracking.
Exposure to reporting tools like Supermetrics or Windsor.ai.
Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, or other secondary ad platforms.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.

What We Offer

Direct ownership of accounts across multiple industries and business models.
Real budgets and fast decision-making, with no layers of approval.
Opportunity to work directly with the founder and grow into a lead role.
Competitive salary based on experience plus performance incentives.
