Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter (Manager) based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter (Manager) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding prospective candidates. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, the HR Recruiter (Manager) will maintain records, provide guidance on HR policies, and support talent acquisition efforts to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and strategies
Ability to collaborate with teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Experience in educational institutions or the education sector is an advantage
