Position Summary: Area Sales Manager-Pune

The purpose of the role is to design and implement & execute the Sales plan as per the function head and expand the company's customer base & revenue in the assigned market.

Work You'll Do

Responsible as Complete Key Account Management, Generating Business, Achieving AOP Targets, managing Margins & Enhancing Profitability.
A good team player with Sales Force or CRM experience.
Winning Competitors customer and working dormant customers too.
Keeping track of business environment, technology trends, competitor products & strategy, and generating inroads for the Company into non-traditional/new market segments.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines.
Visiting Customers Regularly to ensure liaison & converting them into repeat customers, Developing New Customer Base, Reviving Dormant Customers & Conquest the competitors customers and retention of existing customers.
Understanding the requirements of customers and ensuring the right machine sizing, selection and proposed solution to win businesses.
Speed to market with quick responses and submission of proposals/ quotations & keeping constant follow-up to convert into business.
Monitoring and ensuring order Submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
Coordinate for timely Delivery of Machines & installation of machines along with Collection of Balance Payments for Machines.

Team

This role will be a part of the Business Development and Sales Function in the Pune Region.

Basic Qualifications

BE/ BTech - Electrical; BE/ BTech - Mechanical; BE/ BTech – Plastic & Polymer; 10+ Years Experience in Capital / or similar Equipment Sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Sales & Marketing)
