Position: Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing

Reporting to: Head Digital Marketing

Working days: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative development of integrated brand experiences across digital, print, events, exhibitions, customer engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and engaging experiences.
Design premium brand assets including corporate presentations, product literature, brochures, exhibition graphics, experiential installations, and sales enablement materials.
Create engaging digital content for websites, social media, email marketing, product launches, and employer branding campaigns.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content that enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Product Development, Business Development, and Leadership teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Design user-centric experiences for microsites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and interactive content.
Develop creative concepts for exhibitions, customer centres, innovation labs, product showcases, and corporate events.
Ensure brand consistency across every customer and employee touchpoint.
Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when required.
Stay ahead of global design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving user experience practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Experience Design, Communication Design, Multimedia, Applied Arts, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience in branding, experience design, visual communication, or creative design.
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent certification in Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.

Ability to create motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
Familiarity with photography direction and image editing.
Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows.
