Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Vadodara. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, in an assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular sales visits, presenting product information and clinical benefits, managing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships. The representative will monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support marketing initiatives. Accurate reporting of sales activities, adherence to company compliance standards, and participation in product trainings and meetings are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly and respond to healthcare provider needs.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, benefits, and safety information.
Candidates should possess skills in basic reporting, time management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, travel within the territory, and meet defined sales targets.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and willingness to participate in regular product and compliance training.
