We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join Josys. In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centered solutions for our digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of IT management through thoughtful and innovative design.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process, delivering storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.
Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in product or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.
Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.

Short design task and/or live design session.
Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
