Role Overview

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong expertise in accounting practices, ERP systems, and compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations. The individual will also prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and ensure effective customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize accounts, including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, and General Ledger.
Generate MIS reports, financial forecasts, and quarterly/annual sales and account status reports.
Manage inter-unit reconciliations (Faridabad, Chennai, Bawal, Pune, and others).
Oversee and maintain customer ledgers, party ledgers, purchase and sales ledgers.
Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts and follow up for payments/debit notes.
Handle voucher entries, salary transfers, and preparation of annual budgets.
Review and manage compliance with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Support customer account management including agreements/contracts to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve queries and discrepancies.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to deliver accurate reports under tight timelines.
