Who Were Looking For

This role is not your traditional EA role. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who thrives on solving problems, managing chaos, and making the impossible happen. You are structured, proactive, and possess exceptional communication skills. Youve worked closely with CXOs or Founders before and know how to prioritize, present, and protect their time.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Scheduling & Prioritization: Manage complex calendars, ensuring the Founder is always focused on the most important matters.
Communication & Representation: Draft emails, decks, and communication on behalf of the Founder. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate national/international travel, meetings, events, and offsites seamlessly.
Information Management: Organize key documents, meeting notes, and follow-ups with exceptional clarity.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, partners, vendors, and clients to move decisions forward.
Project Support: Assist the Founder in high-impact projects, research, or hiring, as needed.

What You Must Bring

3-5 years of experience in high-intensity executive support roles (Chief of Staff, EA to Founder, etc.)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

High ownership and ability to anticipate needs without being told

Excellent time management and multitasking ability

Gurgaon-based or willing to relocate
